Build a tablet-first field viewer app (optimized for iPad, with Android support as a nice-to-have) that lets users open a project and interact with it on-site. Users can navigate the map with touch gestures, take measurements, place POIs, edit feature attributes, and adjust vector geometries when needed. As an optional extension, explore an AR viewer mode to visualize vector data in the real world—this depends on achieving reliable alignment between the site and the project coordinate system (TBD and to be specified in sub-tickets).
